What sellers need to know.
How is this different from an Afternic or Sedo lander?
Marketplaces provide distribution and transaction services. DomainSalesLander gives direct visitors a page you control and can link back to those services when useful.
Is the builder free?
Yes. The builder and editable HTML export stay free. Every account also keeps one no-expiry Free Managed Publish position after sign-in.
Can I manage more than one domain?
Yes. The builder creates one page at a time, and your signed-in seller workspace lists every managed domain with its sale details, DNS, HTTPS, and page status. Reusable seller profiles are still planned.
What counts as a publish position?
Each exact hostname connected through Managed Publish uses one position. Plan limits are totals, so Plus provides five positions in total rather than five plus the Free position. example.com and www.example.com are separate positions. Downloaded or self-hosted HTML does not use a position.
What happens if a paid plan ends?
The account returns to Free and starts a 14-day grace period to choose one domain to keep live. After the deadline, other pages go offline and their managed connections are released, while their saved configuration, HTML export, and verified ownership remain available. You can reconnect a saved page later when your plan has room. DomainSalesLander never chooses a retained domain or deletes a saved page at random.
How are paid plans billed?
Plus, Pro, and Max are annual subscriptions processed by Creem. Displayed prices include applicable taxes. DomainSalesLander activates paid capacity only after Creem sends a verified payment confirmation.
How do paid plan changes work?
A first paid plan opens Creem Checkout. A later upgrade does not open another checkout or ask for the payment method again: after a separate confirmation, Creem immediately charges a tax-included prorated amount to the payment method saved on the existing subscription. The renewal date can change. DomainSalesLander changes the allowance only after a verified payment webhook. Direct changes to a lower paid tier remain unavailable; cancellation and expiry use the 14-day retained-domain flow.
Do I need a server?
No. The current guided route uses browser-based static hosting. You do not need a VPS, SSH, Git, CLI, Node.js, or Docker.
Does DomainSalesLander publish or change DNS for me?
Managed publishing hosts and checks the page after you sign in, but it never signs in to your registrar or changes DNS for you. You add only the records shown. The downloadable guided route remains available.
Do I have to change my nameservers?
Not by default. A host that supports external DNS can usually be connected by changing only the required website records.
Does DomainSalesLander collect buyer inquiries?
Not in this MVP. The generated page opens the seller's email client or a seller-provided marketplace URL.
What information is stored in the generated page?
Only the public details entered in the builder. Passwords, private keys and API tokens should never be entered.
