Service boundary

DomainSalesLander creates and hosts sales pages. It does not sell, broker, appraise, transfer, or collect payment for the domain names shown on those pages.

1. Agreement

By using DomainSalesLander, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service for another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for them. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a plan.

2. What DomainSalesLander provides

DomainSalesLander provides a browser-based builder, editable HTML export, and an optional Managed Publish service for domain sales pages. The service can host a configured page over HTTPS after you connect the exact hostname and complete the required DNS changes.

DomainSalesLander is not a domain marketplace, broker, appraiser, escrow provider, registrar, or payment processor for domain-name transactions. Any inquiry or sale remains between the domain owner, the buyer, and any transaction service they choose.

3. Your account and domains

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting sign-in access, and all activity under your account. You must own or be authorized to manage every hostname you connect. DomainSalesLander never needs your registrar password and cannot change DNS records for you.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the text, links, prices, and other content you submit. You give DomainSalesLander a limited license to store, generate, display, and deliver that content only as needed to provide and secure the service. You confirm that your content and linked services are lawful and that you have the rights needed to publish them.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use DomainSalesLander for phishing, malware, spam, impersonation, unlawful content, infringement, deceptive sales claims, interference with the service, unauthorized access, or a hostname you do not control. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, or the service.

6. Plans, prices, and payment

Free includes one no-expiry Managed Publish position. Plus, Pro, and Max are annual subscriptions with the capacity and benefits shown on the pricing page. Displayed prices include applicable taxes. One exact connected hostname uses one position, so an apex domain and its www hostname count separately.

Creem processes paid checkout, subscriptions, taxes, and payment events. Checkout details shown by Creem form part of the purchase terms. Paid capacity starts only after DomainSalesLander receives verified payment confirmation. A plan upgrade may immediately charge a tax-included prorated amount to the saved payment method and may change the renewal date.

7. Renewal, cancellation, and refunds

A paid plan may renew automatically until canceled, as disclosed during checkout. Use the billing portal linked from Plan & billing to manage or cancel the subscription. Cancellation stops future renewal but normally leaves paid access available through the confirmed paid period.

If you believe a charge is duplicated, mistaken, or the paid service was not provided, email support@domainsaleslander.com within 14 days of the charge. Refund eligibility depends on applicable law, the checkout terms, and the circumstances of the request. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

8. What happens when paid access ends

The account returns to Free and starts a 14-day grace period to choose one domain to keep live. Managed pages above the Free limit are taken offline after the deadline. Their saved configuration, HTML export, and managed connection remain available, and DomainSalesLander does not choose or delete a domain at random.

9. Publishing and availability

You control the domain and DNS. You are responsible for applying only the displayed website records and for protecting unrelated MX, TXT, and subdomain records. A downloaded file is not a live page, and a DNS or HTTPS status is not verified until the service performs a real check.

We work to keep DomainSalesLander available, but DNS providers, certificate issuance, payment services, networks, and other systems may cause delays or interruptions. The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms, unlawful use, security risk, or nonpayment. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export your page or correct the issue.

11. Responsibility and liability

You are responsible for the accuracy of your sales page, rights to the domain and content, buyer communications, and any domain transaction. To the extent permitted by law, DomainSalesLander is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, failed domain transactions, buyer conduct, external links, or changes made by a registrar, DNS provider, marketplace, or payment provider.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. The updated date at the top of this page shows when the latest version took effect. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email. Questions can be sent to support@domainsaleslander.com.
