Privacy policy
Your account data supports the service. It is not the product.
This policy explains what DomainSalesLander collects when you create, publish, and manage domain sales pages.

1. Who operates the service
DomainSalesLander is an independently operated software service for domain owners. Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to support@domainsaleslander.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect the information needed to operate the account and publishing service:
- Account details, including your email address, display name, profile image, and email verification status.
- Authentication and security data, including session identifiers, sign-in timestamps, IP address, browser information, and rate-limit records.
- Domain and page data you submit, including exact hostnames, public sales-page content, publishing configuration, generated HTML, and DNS or HTTPS connection status.
- Subscription metadata from Creem, including product, customer, subscription, checkout, payment event, plan status, and billing-period identifiers.
- Your preference to receive a one-time email when paid plans become available.
- Messages and related information you choose to send to support.
Creem handles payment card and other payment-method details. DomainSalesLander does not receive or store full payment credentials.
3. How we use information
We use this information to authenticate accounts, generate and publish pages, show required DNS changes, check domain and HTTPS status, apply plan capacity after verified payment, send a requested one-time paid-plan availability notice, secure the service, prevent abuse, provide support, and meet legal obligations.
4. Services that process information
DomainSalesLander uses service providers only where needed to operate the product:
- Cloudflare provides application hosting, data storage, managed hostname, DNS, and security infrastructure.
- Creem processes checkout, subscriptions, payment events, and applicable taxes.
- Resend delivers sign-in and service email.
- Google processes authentication information only if you choose Google sign-in.
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Information may be processed in countries other than your own where the service providers operate.
5. Cookies and browser storage
We use session cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in, protect account actions, and retain a builder draft during your browser session. We do not use this storage to sell personal information.
6. Retention
Account, domain, and page information is retained while it is needed to provide the service. Operational, billing, fraud-prevention, and security records may be retained for longer where reasonably necessary or legally required. Unpublishing a page does not automatically delete its saved configuration or managed connection.
7. Your choices and rights
You can edit page information from the builder and manage published domains from the seller workspace. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing support. Some records may need to be retained for security, billing, dispute, or legal reasons.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for account and publishing data. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep sign-in codes private and contact support if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
9. Children
DomainSalesLander is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Policy changes
We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top of this page shows when the latest version took effect. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email.
